1. General Provisions

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on ScorePoint AI, for our subscription services and premium features.

2. Subscription Refunds

For users who subscribe to our AI analytics services:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Technical issues that result in complete platform unavailability for more than 48 hours may qualify for a pro-rated refund
  • Refund requests due to technical issues must be submitted within 5 business days of the incident

3. Trial Period

For new subscribers to our services:

  • Free Trial Period: Users who sign up for a free trial will not be charged during the trial period
  • Trial Conversion: If you choose to continue with a paid subscription after the trial period, you will be charged according to the plan you selected
  • Trial Cancellation: You may cancel during the trial period without incurring any charges
  • No Refund Required: Since trials are free, no refund is applicable for trial periods

4. Special Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • 48-Hour Cooling Period: Subscribers may request a full refund within 48 hours of their initial paid subscription if they haven't extensively used the premium features
  • Extended Service Outage: If our platform is unavailable for:
    • More than 48 consecutive hours, a pro-rated refund for the affected period may be issued
    • More than 7 days in a 30-day period, a full month refund may be considered
  • AI Model Unavailability: If the core prediction models are non-functional for more than 72 hours, pro-rated refunds may be considered

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI prediction accuracy or analysis quality
  • Claims of financial losses from following AI-generated insights
  • Temporary platform maintenance or scheduled downtime
  • Cancellation of subscription after the 48-hour cooling period
  • Violation of our terms of service
  • Partial or intermittent service availability issues lasting less than 48 hours
  • Changes or updates to our AI models and algorithms

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a refund request through our support system at support@scorepoint.ai
  2. Include your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or evidence if applicable
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for review and processing

7. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Through the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Within 5-10 business days after approval
  • In the original currency of the transaction

8. Platform Rights

ScorePoint AI reserves the right to:

  • Review each refund request on a case-by-case basis
  • Modify this refund policy at any time with notice to users
  • Make final decisions on all refund requests
  • Take appropriate action against fraudulent refund requests
  • Offer account credits instead of monetary refunds in certain cases

For any disputes regarding refunds:

  • Contact our support team first to resolve the issue
  • Provide all relevant documentation to support your case
  • Allow up to 14 business days for dispute resolution
